Usage Data: Session recordings, AI analysis results, practice metrics
Payment Data: Processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) — we do not store card details
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information

To provide and maintain the Stageum service
To process your subscription and payments
To generate AI-powered feedback on your speaking sessions
To improve our AI models and service quality
To communicate with you about your account and updates

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Session recordings are stored based on your subscription plan limits.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.

7. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party services:

Paddle: Payment processing (Merchant of Record)
Cloudflare R2: Video and file storage
OpenAI: AI analysis processing

All processors are GDPR compliant and operate under Data Processing Agreements.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the EEA. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
